Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all of our products!! We also offer faster shipping options, up to Next Day Air!

We process orders the same day they were placed and get them shipped out if placed before our 2:00 PM EST cutoff. If you miss the cutoff, your order will ship the next day!  You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  If the shipment of your order is delayed, we will reach out to you via e-mail to provide you updates.  If at any point you have questions or concerns about the shipment of your order, please send an e-mail to us at and we will get back to you same day.

We guarantee delivery times on Next Day Air and Two Day Air shipping speeds and try our best to provide accurate estimates for standard ground shipping.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 2:00 PM (EST). Orders you place with BZB Marine & RV late on Friday or on the weekend will not be processed until Monday. 

Shipping is only available for Continental US.

Returns and Replacements

We work hard to ensure that all of our customers receive the products which they order. However, we are only human and mistakes can be made. If you have received a product different than what you ordered please note that in the reason for return so we can correct the problem quickly.  

We accept all returns within 30 days of the original order date. If you need a return label, please reach out to Please note that the return label cost will be deducted from what your final refund would have been. All returns must be received back within 45 days of the order date. We allow 15 extra days beyond the 30 day window for shipping of your return.

Please note that if the reason for the return is due to damages, defects or an error on BZB Marine & RV's part, you will receive a full refund. If the return is for a part that was used or damaged after it was received, or because of an error the customer's part, then restocking fees up to 20% and shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund.

Any returns requested after 30 days of the original order date are out of our policy and may be rejected. We may accept returns up to 60 days after the original order date, but any accepted will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any Defects after 30 days will be denied as you must contact the manufacturer of that product to inquire about their warranty process. If you need their phone number or website, please let us know.

Note: Please use the original box or an appropriately sized box to return your item. Otherwise, your return shipping cost may be subject to an additional shipping fee..
